Sarah studied and developed training processes and applications for over eight years as a research assistant and faculty member in the university setting and as an instructional systems designer (ISD) for an array of civilian government and military agencies, including the United States Navy, Department of Homeland Security, USAID, and FDIC. Mrs. Sprockett has used this training background and her graduate education in Instructional Technology and Adult Learning Theory to lead various Business Development organizations and enhance capture, bid, and proposal activities through process improvement. She is now focused on deepening her relationships within the DoD and Federal Civilian agencies to provide effective learning programs leveraging virtual reality.
Nirmala is the Executive Director of Strategic Programs at Mursion, which builds upon her career in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion within the fields of medicine, education, and workforce development. At Mursion, she supports healthcare, workforce, and corporate partners to collaboratively address the needs of diverse workers and communities in the US. Nirmala has over 18 years of experience leading multidisciplinary teams, partnership development, strategic thinking, and sourcing, managing & reporting for large annual operating budgets of $5.5 million+.
Mrs. Prakash is an expert in (1) problem-solving and gap analyses to solve workflow, personnel, or training needs specifically within Diversity, Equity and Inclusion & people development (2) assessing and solving regional career pipeline analyses, creation/funding of degree programs designed to fill STEM/Health career pipeline gaps; (3) programmatic analysis, creation and implementation of strategic (healthcare, education & workforce development) projects designed to meet regional and market recruitment, retention and training gaps; (4) forging industry and educational partnerships to fill regional workforce gaps-- industry partners include multinational Department of Defense firms, large & small nonprofit/for-profit business, school districts, colleges/universities.
